Dynamic Flow combines purposeful, invigorating movement with deep relaxation to revitalize your body and mind. Start with a 45-minute Motion Restore or Motion Fit session, designed to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance functional fitness through dynamic, guided exercises. Then transition into a 30-minute floating relaxation session, allowing your muscles to release tension as you drift peacefully in warm water. This balanced approach supports recovery, reduces stress, and leaves you feeling energized yet deeply calm.
Cancellation Policy
Disclaimer of Risk and Liability By registering for and participating in any services offered by Motion Recovery Studio, including but not limited to aqua fitness classes, land-based functional training, sports massage therapy, and cold water immersion, I acknowledge and accept that these activities carry inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, physical exertion, slips or falls, muscle strain, cardiovascular stress, or reactions related to existing medical conditions. I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical information, including past or present injuries or illnesses, and understand it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional before beginning any new physical or therapeutic activity. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and hereby release Motion Recovery Studio, its staff, and affiliated personnel from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation, except in cases of proven negligence.
